Hello!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned my master’s degree from Seattle Pacific University. At the heart of my work is the belief that we are all wired for love, connection, and belonging. My hope is to help each person discover a deeper sense of worth and recognize that they are deserving of compassion, acceptance, and meaningful relationships. I truly consider it a privilege to walk alongside children, teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate some of life's most vulnerable and meaningful moments. Before becoming a therapist, I had a background in theatre, which continues to shape how I see people and their stories. I believe every person has a unique story, and that our stories offer valuable insight into who we are, how we relate to others, and how we experience the world.

I strive to create a therapy space that feels both healing and human—where clients feel safe, seen, and understood, and where there is room for meaningful growth as well as moments of humor and laughter. My work is collaborative, trauma-informed, and holistic, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Art and Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs, helping clients better understand their experiences, heal from past wounds, strengthen relationships, and build lives rooted in self-compassion, authenticity, and connection.

While not at work...
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me with a cozy mystery novel in hand, attending a local theatre show with my husband, trying a new restaurant with friends, or taking long walks to unwind. I also love spending time with my nieces and nephews—whether we're exploring the zoo, getting creative, or simply embracing their wonderful sense of curiosity and fun.
I strive to find reasons to laugh every day and believe that kindness, curiosity, and genuine connection can go a long way.
I'm also a lifelong Disney fan and may or may not find an excuse to plan a Disney vacation almost every year!
