Adult Therapy
"I feel like I’m constantly taking care of everyone else, but I don’t know how to take care of myself."

Adult therapy is a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and begin creating meaningful change. Many of the adults I work with are thoughtful, compassionate people who have spent years caring for others while carrying anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, shame, or the weight of difficult experiences.

I help adults explore how past experiences, relationships, and messages they have received about themselves have shaped the way they think, feel, and relate to others. Together, we work toward healing old wounds, building self-compassion, strengthening relationships, and developing a deeper sense of confidence and authenticity.
My approach is attachment-focused and trauma-informed, meaning we look at not only what you are struggling with today, but also how your experiences have shaped your emotional world. Therapy is a collaborative process where we create space for both healing and practical growth.
"Ashley has created an environment that has always made me feel safe, heard, valued, and respected. She continues to help me process my many sources of trauma by providing coping tools, different types of breath work, as well as talking through what I’m feeling."
“Ashley has helped me heal from deep childhood trauma through intentional encouragement and thoughtful reflection. She is a phenomenal therapist and I’m beyond grateful to have someone like her in my corner.”
"Ashley provides a non judgmental, comforting, and safe space to talk about anything and everything. In our time together she has provided the perfect blend of listening, validating, and also challenging me to look deeper within myself which has led to a greater sense self identity, peace and well-being"
